Classes are carefully sequenced for individual and group needs, using gentle asana, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques to improve vitality and support healing, body, mind and heart.
Therapeutic Yoga in the Viniyoga Tradition
Virtual only Mondays at 11:30 a.m.
